1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • The item has been used or damaged after delivery
  • The request is made after 7 working days
  • The damage is caused due to misuse or improper handling
  • The product was purchased during a clearance or special sale (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit, as applicable.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after you provide the necessary details.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

8. Return Pickup

Return pickup availability depends on your location. In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product. Return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.
